SVQs and NVQs.

We work with candidates on a one-to-one basis. This means that we are available to work with them when it best suits their employer. Staff do not need to be released to attend a course at a particular day and time. This greatly reduces "hidden" costs to the client organisation.

No Writing (Well, hardly any!). The main problem reported by most S/NVQ candidates is that they do not care to be doing much, if any, writing. We spare candidates most (if not all) of the writing by conducting verbal interviews with them instead. These interviews are recorded digitally and are filed in the candidates' portfolios in place of the usual lengthy written reports.

Slim Portfolios. As far as possible we also prepare the candidate's evidence portfolio for them. In the case of S/NVQs at Levels 3,4 and 5 this also means that we can produce an Electronic Portfolio on CD-ROM, and this, besides being easy to ship, compared with conventional portfolios in the form of large heavy ring-binders, is also easily copied.

 

Taught courses

We do not work to a fixed syllabus decided by some outside organisation. We will tailor the course exactly to suit your candidates and the outcomes to be achieved are agreed by us both at the outset.
